i have a chronic pain condition. i have always been in pain, but until i was in my 30's i thought everyone was. i'm now 50 and experience much less pain. massage, acupuncture, pelvic floor physical therapy (a new specialization) help me. and there may be some other types of alternative medicine that would be helpful. i'm open to trying new things, as is the case with anyone who wants to get well as much as i do. i am teaching in mexico right now but am thinking about japan next.
i appreciate any information you can give me. |

You can get massage and acupunture here. Onsen (hot baths) are another popular way of dealing with aches and pains here. |

Agree with above poster, but keep in mind that alternative medicine will not be covered by your insurance. |
