As most of the FTs work on contract here in china. Somedon't finish their contracts and run. The other might complete their 6 months or 1 year contract.I personally don't like to jump from one job to another but I had to move on for some or other reason.Moving from place to place is pretty common because of contract completion, getting a better paid job, travel to another location, your chinese boss don't like you any more and so on.
I am just wondering if there is anyone who has worked for more years in the same school. I would like to know what was Experience and what kept you there for so long. Mention the school and univerity name and whether do you recommend other Foreign Teachers? |

| Nest month we will be signing on for a second year. It's mostly the housing that makes me willing to stay. The pay is only average. The students are pretty entertaining though. |

| I've completed every contract, although I regret doing so with one company. I've always been asked back yet moved on because I was less than satisfied. I am now thinking that I might sign for a second year with DILI, if negotiations go well. |
