|
|
I did check SAFEA website but it has only Beijing number. I would try calling them again too when they are working.
Another question is I don't live in the Capital City of the Province so are Foreign Expert Offices in every city and where can I find the numbers.
Who really cares Foreign Affairs or Foreign Expert if you have some problem with the school ?
Before you say going to them it's no use. I just want to try.
As I know one of my friends in Chong Qing came out of the trouble by going to Foreign Experts. |

| Every city has one. Even smaller towns. To find them are a bit more problematic and there would most likely be no English speakers there. Also, they might be bribed by your school. Your best bet is to threaten with "my embassy" and other official sounding institutions. Fact is, if they (the school) has a real problem or they are just screwing with you, the amount of money involved is too small to really kick up a storm. Follow the advice on the other thread. Again, good luck! |

I am not worried that there won't be any English Speakers. I just wish I could speak to someone before I give up on this.

Did you check the local barber?
Most of them have drunk monkeys in the back, always willing to help against a few RMBs.... |

It might help if you told us what city you are in. That would norrow down your search and we can help you look.
There isn't a website listing every Foreign Expert Office contact info in China, at least not that I know of.

pc-pocket and Louras : Love that avtaar actually.
I definitely agree barbars would do better service.
I did spoke to Beijing and then got state level no.s.and later
local no.s . The only thing is that there are actully NO English Speaking Authorities. The one in my city they are still working on whose authority it is and what are Foreign Expert Rules amd Regulations.
I know to some it seems that why am I not leaving and blah blah. It's just
that some do have attachments and aren't backpackers. I would leave when I have to.
Anyways Thanks ! everyone . |
