Anybody knows what is this ?
CIETAC (China International Economy & Trade Arbitration Committee)
As one of the contract states this which is new for me as most of the time it has been State Foreign Experrt and Foreign Affairs ? |

I don't really know for sure but my take is as follows.
CIETAC is set up to arbitrate civil disputes between foreign enterprises and Chinese interests in China. This may include breach of copyright and trade disputes.
SAFEA is obviously a similar organ, but SAFEA deals specifically with disputes between foreign experts in China and their Chinese employers. As such it would seem to me that SAFEA would be a better body for a foreign teacher to approach for dispute resolution.
Possibly CIETAC was mentioned due to a misunderstanding on the schools part as to which government organ would arbitrate a contract dispute in your case. |

Does SAFEA also arbitrate disputes between foreign enterprise and Foreign Experts ? |
