Im going over to Brazil at the end of July hopefully. I have a friend in Porto Alegre, so I will be able to stay with her, so accomodation wont be a problem. Ive read a lot about how easy it is to just go over and get a job, but ive also read that the best time to go would be March, when term starts. Due to different reasons, the earliest I can go is july/august, would it be easy to go half way through term, or would I be sat around with no job? I realise Porto Alegre isnt as big as Rio or the other major cities, but was just wondering if anyone could give me any advice as to how difficult it would be to find work, and what would be the best time to go after July, thanks.
