Thanks to everyone who gave me any advice. I am going to have an offer made to me by ECC and I really couldn't have done it without you all! I went a little nutty but some of you really helped to calm me down a bit and I really appreciate it. I also appreciate this board for making sure everyone knows the bad and the good about what we are taking on or about to take on!
