what's a better city to live and work? taipei, taichung or kaoshiung?? what do you prefer and why?

I have no idea which city is better as out of those listed choices I've only ever lived in Taichung. I would choose Taichung for the weather but if you want more to do without saving a lot then Taipei, however getting around without a scooter is easiest in Taipei.
Kaosiung would be last on my list because it's hot and smoggy. |

I would say Taipei. But then I've never lived in any
other place on this island. I've managed to get good
jobs, save money and have fun. I don't really have
any complaints about Taipei. |
