Has anyone left the country on an expired tourist visa lately? Im just wondering if the same 50 peso fine is still in effect. Im hoping it is, since I really dont want to go to Colonia again.

| I left on an expired visa in March and came back the very next day, no problem. They give you a funny look, take $50 and make you sign a form which will get lost somewhere in the bureaucracy, but really it�s fine. |
