I am currently teaching English at a public middle school in South Korea. I am starting an after school English club and I would like to establish a penpal exchange program with another school. Anyone interested? My students are between 12-15 years old and are a mixture of boys and girls.

Not to put you off the idea, but I tried it a few times and didn't work. People just didn't write to each other. You might try doing it between classes. Having students in you schools write to another class in your schoo.l
