One of my last universities had part time Spanish teachers in Kansai. Masters required.

Look for university jobs on http://jrecin.jst.go.jp

NOVA, ECC and Berlitz hire native teachers of 'minority' foreign languages.

The NOVA MM Center in Osaka offers Spanish lessons. But they only accept native speakers from Spain, Argentina, and maybe Chile.

Someone told me that ECC Web School in Osaka was looking for a Spanish teacher. The teacher has to also be able to speak Japanese though.
