I will be arriving in Madrid in April and was wondering if it would be a better idea to bring an unlocked cell phone with me and buy minutes as I go. Or if I should buy a phone there and pay as I go. What do cell phones usually run over there? I don't need anything fancy, just one that can make and receive phone calls.
