I just wrapped up my CELTA, which I would like to add is held in somewhat higher esteem than a simple TEFL even though they are probably the same, with a small language school called The Lewis School of Languages. I really liked the course, and the staff is very personable. My trainer was a great guy and very knowledgeable, but I heard that some of the other trainers are really tough. Though, that can be good thing too. Either way, I liked it because the director was attentive, and since it was such a small school you got the attention you needed when you needed it from the rest of the staff. For example, our trainer gave us his cell number in case we had a question when doing our lesson plans at night. Not bad. Overall I was very happy with their course. |
