I preferred the weather in Hokkaido to that of the Kanto (Tokyo) Region. Especially in the summers.
EDIT: I don't know how this thread got started! It was suppsed to be a response to a question from Mary Knight regarding northern cold weather vs. southern hot weather! Confused
