I want to thank the people of this board for helping me out.

A little while ago, I was planning to do a job search in Japan for jobs this upcoming April. However, I decided to stay at my university job in Korea in order to either work on an online MA in Applied Linguistics or to save money and do the degree in person.

I have no doubt that I want to live and work in Japan, but first I would like to improve my CV and get a Masters Degree in Applied Linguistics or TESOL.

I have read that in the Middle East that there is a prejudice towards online or distance degrees.

Is this also true for Japan? Is there a prejudice towards distance degrees?
