Hmm. I had a quick butchers, and 'excellent' is not one of the adjectives I'd use to describe it. It appears to be one of those 'I came all this way and the people here are just SO silly...' type of blogs, which is hardly an original approach. There are plenty of 'let's laugh at the locals - you wouldn't believe this' blogs on the web, and most of them tell us more about the authors than their situation.
But maybe that was the original idea?

The thing about most blogs. There're great for people who know the writer, to keep up with what's going on in that persons life. But don't offer much else for the rest of us. |

Yes, I'd agree, Melee. But if you make the effort to go onto a public forum such as this, and tout your blog as excellent, I think you're inviting comments - and asking for it, especially if your writing is the wrong side of mediocre! |
