Podcasts have been news for a while, but recently I have noticed the number of ESL/EFL pocasts has grown substantially. Here's a web list of a few:

Usually I use iTunes, go the "Music Store" click on podcasts and search "esl"
The quality of these is uneven, and most of them seem to specialize in the ESL they present.
I think it may be an important resource, or at least worth looking into.
