| Could anyone tell me if foreigners can open bank accounts here without a DNI. If so which bank would be best? (yes i know i must need my head examining to even be asking this question!) Many thanks |

I have a friend that opened a saving account just with his passport at BANK ITAU...the one close to alto palermo, but they opened it just for 3 months (which equals his tourist authorized stay by Migrations).
