T'is the time of year people start looking.
But, I have rarely found anything by way of summer EFL camps. Our school in 2001 tried to organize one in Mexico City, but it fell flat for no interest. Are there any out there? Many people here simply ship their kids to Canada or Europe for the summer. |

Our organisation has given up on them, also due to lack of interest. I think that there's a cultural bias against planning too far in advance that gets in the way. Last year, we advertised a summer English camp, then dropped it when three days before our opening date, we had NO registration. On the day it would have started, I took about a dozen interested phone calls...but too late, I can't decide who to employ on such short notice...

Too bad. I would like to do a summer camp here in LA, maybe some will open up in January. Anyways, if anyone knows of any, let me know. |
