In Argentina is there a big need or job market to teach computer software such as MS Office? I'm moving to Argentina to teach English with a Bachelor's Degree in Education, TEFL and 3 years English teaching experience in Asia.

Many in Argentina don't have money for English schools. For economic reasons it may be wisest to learn computers-- and I can teach them. I am expert in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Access, Windows, Internet, etc. In USA over two decades I was a computer project specialist and I taught staff MS Office.

I don't know how wired Argentina and BA are-- Would my ability to teach computers look good on my English Teaching resume? I speak beginning Spanish but it is easy to teach MS Office in Spanish or English. There are many tutoring software programs, but it is faster and easier to have a real teacher helping students in person.

Anyone familiar with job market in Argentina? Matt the Boy! Any advice?

BsAs is very wired, internet cafes on every block. I have no idea whether there's a need for MS Office trainers, maybe you could place an ad in the paper when you get here or try to get a job teaching business english and then tell everyone in the office that you do that kind of work as well.
