I am seriously thinking of relocating to SA from China (see previous post if so inclined).
I'm leaning towards Bogota as I was in Medellin in 2000 for a few months. How is it for getting privates and one's own contracts in companies? And pay scales for same? I would really appreciate some info including good websites for Colombia info. This board seems pretty inactive.
I am happy to share my China expertise. As an example you can work for Wall St for about 2000 US$ monthly.

Mm, the board's not so inactive. There are jobs links for Columbia below. You should check them out.
As for contacts in companies, those can be made once you get there.

I'm not an English teacher but exactly what info are you after on Brazil?
