A contract is a convenient way for the employer to hold a noose tightly around you neck.

First they may try and obtain a deposit. If not, then they will pay you monthly after you have taught the hours.

As soon as you scribble anything on a piece of paper Mr/Mrs nice guy/gal will turn into ????

Suddenly everything you do is not up to par. You feel stressed and you really want your salary so you do your best. Still not good enough.

So instead of working for the fun of it you will be working for your salary!! An interesting concept.

What do you think? Is this reasonable?
