Hi, I am new to the board and I am wanting a bit of advice!!!
I applied for the PNET EMB scheme on Monday following recommendation from my girlfriend who is actually in Hong Kong at the moment, that they are desperate for people to teach English in Hong Kong, even if the person hasn�t got the relevant experience or qualifications.
I am currently in the last stages of finishing a Business Studies degree and I am three modules into an online TEFL course but I have absolutely no teaching experience.
Despite this I have managed to get a PNET interview in London next week, and was wondering what sort of points I could make, or what sort things the interviewers could bring up, taking into account I have no relevant experience.
