|

Hi all
I was wondering if people knew of other organisations which are similar to say English First where you can train with them and then they have multiple places around the world where you can teach all within the same company. English First sounds pretty good but I would like to compare it with other organisations. There are probably a lot of companies out there like this , I am just not sure what they are.
Thanks for your help

The problem with working for the same company, please don't say organization, is that their locations around the world are franchises. That is not bad per se, but every franchise is independently operated and managed and this can lead to several job quality issues. I know it makes you all warm and fuzzy to have the security of working for the same company no matter where you go, but the reality is different. |

Another problem (at least with EF) is that the parts of the company in one country don't talk with other countries' franchises. If you work with EF in, say China, and you ask for help finding a job with EF in a different country, the company couldn't care less.
Maybe the other chain schools are different - but I doubt it. |
