I know that it varies, but I have read in old threads that the summer tends to be down time for schools in Mexico. I am waiting for my documentation (namely, apostilled diploma) to come through and am taking advantage of April to make and save up as much money as possible. I've been planning on making my way down in the very beginning of May. I do not know where exactly I want to go. I've thought about flying into Mexico City and branching out from there. Is this going to be a very difficult time to get interviews and line up work? Are there some regions of Mexico that would be more likely to have a need in May than others? I really don't want to have to put off my trip till after the summer, but do I?

Fly into Guadalajara or Morelia or Leon instead of Mexico City. It will be easier for you to get your bearings (IMHO).

What about the time of year? And what is IMHO and IMO? I've seen that all over the place here, and have been trying to figure it out. Is it some computer lingo that I'm not down with or Dave's talk.....?

IMO = in my opinion
