To It May Concern:
I was an English lecturer at Hafr Al Batin Community College (HBCC) for four years. I quit this position this year. This letter is the letter of resignation I should have submitted two years ago to the Dean of the College but failed to do. Instead, at that time, I signed another two-year contact, a decision I now very much regret.
This coming academic year 2006-2007, HBCC should not be recruiting any new English instructors but based on conversations I had with some instructors before my departure, it might be doing so in the future. This letter is not written in malice but it is simply to warn others of what to expect if they accept employment at HBCC and the present managerial regime is still in place.
