I am in South Korea and have about 80 students. Ranging from the ages of 5 to 15.
What I would like to do is develop conversation between the students of different nations. We have projector, webcam and microphone; so we would be able to talk to you and then see you talk. I thought this would be a good way to exchange ideas and culture. Maybe make things more interesting!
If you are interested, please pm me. |

A good idea "in theory". I have allowed my best and most trustworthy Korean student to communicate with a Chinese student who loves to speak English. However, you must consider all the things that can go wrong with this kind of exchange. If I tried something like this between the schools I taught at in Korea and China all I could picture are bad things happening. |

I could just imagine my students on their best behaviour, sitting queitly in their dry cleaned freshly pressed school uniforms, eagerly awaiting their turn to have a conversation with a Japanese school. Just the other week I gave the an assignment "create a new holiday", by far the best was kill the Japanese day. |
