Fine, they're not changing, but rather, finally beginning to be enforced. Either way, you're missing the point (the point of my post, anyway), which is: what will be the possible implications for FTs who have no degrees but still work legally in China, if these requirements are now being so strictly observed? As I said in my own post, I have the PRF and FEC and work at an accredited, licensed school, but have no degree. I've been at the same place for three years and have never had trouble with my documents before. Should I begin to make plans to go back to the states? My school's leaders seem to think it wont be a problem, but I've got a pregnant wife to support! I don't want to take any chances.

I've heard some people have gotten in poop by the MODS just for mentioning that topic.

Ah, I wasnt aware it was a verboten topic. (I asked because an aquaintance of mine was 'bought' a degree by his agency to bypass japanese visa requirements.) I'll be quiet now Smile
