What's it all about?

I found this ad about teaching online with a web cam. They let you set up a profile so students can choose you to teach them. You then get paid via pen pal.

If you have tried it, or know anything about it, or just want to give you opinion, please let me know. They do keep repeating that it is absolutely FREE and I tend not to trust anything offered in such a way.
