Hi guys,

I have an interview for a great job i really want coming up. There is a 2 hour exam followed by an interview. The interview is divided into 2 parts.

Part I : Test Construction e.g. write exam questions
Part II : Editing Skills e.g.edit students work

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience of a test like this? I have done exam questions and corrected HWK before, but not in a test situtaion. Seems mighty strange to me. Any ideas on what points they will be assessing me exactly?
