If they do, the process of getting one will undoubtedly be more time-consuming and difficult than you could possibly imagine - Argentina does like its bureaucracy (sp?).
However, all is not lost. You can find teaching work no problem on a tourist visa, the institutes don�t even ask. If you want to study, you could send an email to one of the universities asking what the entry requirements are. Something tells me they�d be more interested in your cash than in the correct legal procedures.  |
