One of my students asked me to recommend a language institute in Canada that conducts English camps over the summer break. I personally do not know anyone who has attended any nor do I know of anyone who works at these schools back in TO. There are options galore on the web, but I would prefer to get a name from someone who has attended a course.

My student:
- is not particular about the city
- wants a school that will arrange for accomodation as well
- wants to be there for at least 6 weeks

Any of your students gone this route before?

My school, or rather the International department of my school organise events like these during the holidays. Also the provincial government (Sichuan) organise an exchange student program which one of my students will be attending, though this is with America. If your student is set on going to Canada, and wants to go this summer I must point out that there isn't very much time left to start organising this.

The local government in our city organize trips to England every summer.
It cost Y21,000 for 3 weeks.

Voldermort, I am based in Guangdong. If you think that won't pose a problem, then I'd like to take up your offer to find out about anything to Canada. She is determined to go there.

Our school organises similar trips to Oz, Blighty & Canada, but they are for 3 weeks only.
