I have posted this question on other forums here on Dave's site (without response) in the past...and I am doing so again with the hope that someone may have some new insight or direction(s) for me.
Do any of you, or anybody that you know, rent out their home while teaching overseas? I do not want to sell my home when I leave for another overseas stint in TEFL/TESL...
I appreciate any URLs or comments that you may have..... |

Of course it is possible. Have you contacted any real estate agencies that handle rentals? Also, is your area the kind that caters to seasonal visitors or are you simply looking for a long term renter? |

TEFLdaddy mentions this on his website. You might want to email him.

thank you for the replies... I am starting to contact local property managers in my area for what would (hopefully) be a long term rental. |
