I'm curious -- in China when you are offered a job, is it acceptable to explain you still have some upcoming interviews and would like to hold off on accepting a job until you've had some time to weigh your options? Up to this point I've always accepted the jobs as soon as I was offered them, but this year I have some other options; I know it sounds reasonable to request some time to think it over, but this is China after all! I don't want to assume it's the same here as other places.

If postponing offers is generall accepted, what is the normal amount of time? One or two weeks?
