|
|
hello
I am interested in teaching at an English summer camp in Spain (or Europe in general, but preferrably in spain). I have tried searching online, but it is very difficult to find out where all the jobs are working at summer camps in spain. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to find jobs teaching at summer camps? Any info would be appreciated!
Thanks! |

Try www.tefl.com - they have tons of postings for summer camps thru out Europe, including Spain. Good luck! |

The good thing about working at a summer language camp in Spain is that you only have to do it once before you swear it off for life. If you're going to do it, at least try and find a job somewhere beautiful to make up for the rest of the crap. |

I don't know if you are looking for Summer Camp work because you don't think anything else is available, but I assure you that the demand for English teachers in the city, and especially in Madrid, stays very high even during the summer.

There were lots of opportunities through July, for sure. Full time (23+ hours/week) in August? Never witnessed that. |

Well,
I live in Madrid and I know a lot of people at language schools and agencies. The demand is extremely high, even in August. Though academies may be closed, private tutoring is an option that goes on throughout the month.
Here is a classifed ad I literally found in 5 seconds by doing a google search for "busco profesor ingles agosto"
"E-mail: [email protected]
Mensaje: Hola soy un chico de Madrid que busca un profesor de ingles para dar clases particulares durante el mes de agosto en madrid, interesados escribid a mi correo"
"E-mail: [email protected]
Message: I am a kid from Madrid looking for a private English teacher in August. If you are interested, please write me an email."
There is plenty of work out there.
Later gators,
