If I recall correctly, the 'Pet Trend' (Oh how we love our trends!) started about 5 years ago, and now it being the Year of the Poochie, has taken a firm hold in the country.
To my recollection, there are still NO laws to protect animals.
Has this been dealt with by the higher ups?
Do I still need to be cautious when I bite into that ButaBara?
