Hi there

I was invited for an interview with a school in Vietnam.
On their website they state that in order to get a work permit, they will have to submit an application with notarized copies of the original:

-University degree
-TEFL certificate
-Police Clearance Certificate/ Criminal Record Search from my home country

I know that Ryno argues that those documents have neither to be originals, nor notarized. As the school I want to apply at is ILA, I still think that an argument on that matter might be useless.

Anyway: Where can one get notarization of originals (or copies); who is authorized to do that, in Thailand or Vitenam (I currently live in Thailand). And what are the cheapest/best options for notarizations?
