I searched google and this message board and I couldn't find much information about it. The website seems legit (http://www.anesl.com/schools/index.asp). Does anyone have any possitive or negative things to say about this service? I don't want this to launch into a recruiter/ non recruiter debate- I have been contacting schools directly and using recruiters to cover both bases. Thanks in advance. |

They've been around for a very long time which is always a positive. If you scour the forums, you'll find the usual mix of positive and negative reviews.
What I like about them is that they give you a way to contact the schools directly. |

I found another thread about Angelinas. Does anyone have any recent experiences with them? Also, is it a hidden government outfit? I don't think that neccesarily makes it a bad thing, but who knows... |

I too have heard a lot of good feedback about them. It is a shame that they chose to go with the term 'ESL cafe' as we all know that this was a rip off of a certain other site, but I haven't seen anything overtly negative about them. As always check things thoroughly and do your research on schools and even cities before accepting a position. |

I dealt with a woman whose English name was Mary and surname was Zhang and I had no problems.
I got a job through them last December and I am still in the same job.
I would consider applying for other jobs through them again.

Well, compare:
CNTA
with
Angelina's
and decide if CNTA perhaps has a side business. As was said, nothing particularly wrong with that.

How's that? After you have applied with them? In the past year or so, they have completely removed any links and/or other clues on their site to the schools' identities, now referring to them only as "one of our (insert province here) schools". Fair enough for a recruiter, I suppose; have to protect your placement fees somehow. |

I'm only a newbie but by looking at the salary that you receive per month, 4500 RMB or RBM however, thats pretty bad. I TO I is a placement agency and even they offer 6500 a month. |

mea culpa!
I haven't been on their website in a while and it looks like they've changed it quite a bit. It used to be that they had school contact information on it and you could just email the schools directly but it is no longer the case. |
