Filling American Prescriptions in Thailand???

Hello, I was wondering how easy it is to have an American doctor to send precriptions into Thailand?

I have a medical condition which requires me to take medication on a daily basis.

Would my phyisician have to send presciptions to Thailand or would I have to bring a year's worth of medication with me?
