Couldn't hurt to have a sticky that has links to various sites that advertise ESL jobs in China (and elsewhere). Here are a couple:

And of course, a link in this sticky that would lead you directly to the page of actual links couldn't hurt - - this is for those who havne't quite yet figured out how to navigate around this site:

Redundant? You bet. But if this is the first page someone lands in, it may prove to be helpful as well as simpler to get here and there. |

| It's a good idea, but I feel I already have to scroll half the page to get get to the new posts. Don't you think there are too many stickies up there? Perhaps the mods could think about cleaning it up a little. |
