Where I work is a jealously guarded secret. But I vote for that place.

Best? Best. Best?!?!?! They are all abysmal.

It is like asking turkeys to vote for their choice of turkey plucker.

They are all so abysmal that their top management should hang their heads (at least, better still they should just hang themselves. Period.) in shame for what they are churning out in the name of English Teaching.

Come on stillnosheep, that is simply NOT TRUE.

There are a lot of schools in Japan with good managers that make a sincere effort to provide good English lessons.

Hi everyone. Thanks for the replies. It looks like GEOS is quite popular. Alot of people said other but didn't write down which one the other is. Confused Thankyou for your comments everyone, but Still no Sheep said this:

Its a good point I think but we all want some better schools to work in. Do you have any idea which one is the best? (if you don't like the choices please write down a good choice.) Very Happy

I'm not in Japan yet, but based on what I've read, I'd go with either ECC or GEOS.

Hi Jazz, that's okay, you can still vote Smile It is a democracy. Maybe you can choose which company you were most impresed with at the interview.

Hi Jazz! Very Happy Thanks for the vote. So you say ECC is the best. That is very interesting for the other people going through the interview stage now. Idea

My opinion only. I won't lie @ ECC. I HATE the fact that you need 70% to pass their dreaded grammar test. And it's HARD!! However, I feel they are a lot more laidback although I understand that you have to perform at a certain level anywhere you go. For awhile, I actually thought I'd prefer GEOS because of the stuff they offer the students outside of the classroom (intake/assessment & supportive counselling). I like this as it is right up in my alley in terms of transferable skills.
