How much do the dudes/dudettes who teach at a place like TEFL International make per month? What are the qualifications? Working conditions? Let's use Thailand as an example. You can guess for all I care. I'll sort through the trash. |

TEFL trainers in Thailand earn roughly 50,000 Baht
per month, plus performance-related bonuses.
That's about 10 to 15,000 Baht more
than a typical TEFL teacher earns, btw.
Of course salaries can and do vary from school to school.
In terms of qualifications, they generally like to see a Degree
and at least a CELTA, DELTA or equivalent, plus
5 years or more experience teaching.
This is only a ballpark summary;
nothing is written in stone.

Due to the increase in competition and proliferation of programs - some earn even less. |
