I was in Beijing last summer and had a great time learning the language and having fun. This year i'm planning to go back as a teacher but would like to tour the mainland before I reach my final destination: Chengdu. Is it possible to get the Z visa before you start work, or should I simply get the F visa for the summer and then the Z for the remaining time that I will be teaching?
Also during the summer I want to travel around by motorcycle. I've read a lot about this and it seems like its possible, although partially illegal. I just wanted to know if anyone in this forum has done such a thing and whether they were successful. |

Read the relevant threads on visas and residence permits, amico! If I am well-informed, your work visa will be valid only for one month; during this period of time your employer must register you and get your reisdence permit sticker that will replace your visa.
Make your own inferences from the above! |
