I interviewed with Berlitz in Dubai a few years ago. The staff and hiring manager were all quite pleasant. I believe the hourly rate was somewhere around 75 dirhams, and that was for a 50-55 minute period. That was a lot lower than I was expecting, since private tuition usually turned out a minimum of 125 dirhams/hour for primary-aged kids, and lots more for upper school science and maths.
If you saw yourself working with them long term on a full-time basis, the amount she could offer was low (7000) and would not include housing or any expat contract stuff. |
