I live in the Tokyo area and have recently realized that I'd like to pare down the amount of clothing that I have in my possession. Part of it is that I have to much stuff for the space I live in, part of it is my tastes have changed, and another part is that many things don't fit. (I'm glad to say it's because I've gotten into better shape in the last year...never was huge, but...)
In any case, I take care of my clothes and many things I'd like to get rid of I could see people being interested in buying. I've had some difficulty finding a clothing store that purchases or offers a store credit for good condition clothes directly from individuals. I saw something recently about a clothing swap event being staged in the city, but it was only for females.
Does anyone know of a place that I might inquire, or have you any experience selling good condition used clothes? Thanks for any help... |
