Hi all,
Can anyone tell me more about MECIT??? I've been negotiating with them over the past few weeks but am not sure whether it's the right place for me. I've heard the oasis of Knowledge (sounds great), where they're based is largely run by an Indian company. Also the hours of work are from 8.30 - 4.30 and only 40mins break. Holidays are only 30days per year. I belive it's a relatively new college - so i guess they're going to overwork and underpay me.
Also is it true that teachers need to have at least 2 years experience before they are accepted by the ministry and offered a decent wage??? |
