I've already posted this on the teacher's forum, but I thought it would get more coverage over here!
I'm interested in setting up a keypal program for my Adult Education Centre here in Egypt. We have all levels of student, from level 1 general, right through to test prep (ages between 18 and 30), and the students have all said they would be interested in corresponding with students of English in other countries. If anyone is interested in working with me on this, please send me a PM or an email.
