service charge...... management fee...... is usually based on m2 of the apartment. 2 things u dont want to pay for because they do not benefit u are 1. sinking fund fee and 2. insurance. make sure u have it written in the rental agreement that the owner is responsible for these 2 items.
electricity and water are going to be more expensive than if u rented a house. the rates are dictated by the govt. and set according to whether your apt is considered a low, medium, or high income apt.
u shouldnt have to pay an agent fee. the real estate agent works for the owner of the apt. and they typically get 5% of the rental price. so when u nego the price, u have to remember it is in their best interest to keep the price as high as possible.......
there shouldnt be any taxes. however owners are starting to require a security deposit. at my last 2 apts. i have paid 3 million for the deposit.
some apts. charge u admin fees for moving in and registering. others charge for parking. others for access cards to get in and out of the place. most charge for work done inside the apt. while others places consider it part of the monthly management fee.
cant think of anything else at the moment, but if u have any questions feel free to pm me |
