Does anyone have any experience recruiting from their home country (US in particular, but not exclusively)? If so, any advice on the subject is welcome. Specifically, what are the best ways to advertise; such as locations, internet sites, ect. Feel free to pm me if you'd rather do it that way. Thanks in advance.
If you are recruiting EFL teachers this site and tefl.com are the two main ones. We have never found any other site offer even 10% of the replies, and many are much more expensive.
If you have the money go over to the TESOL conference and recruit at the job fair.
