I just came back from a year in Aden. The city is a great place to experience the Arab and Muslim world. The people are very friendly and the students eager to learn. I taught at AMIDEAST, which --after discussing with other expats in town-- is by far the best school in Aden.

I can confirm the horror stories you�ll find on this web site about other schools in Aden. But AMIDEAST provides everything a teacher can ask: superior teaching conditions and equipment, good housing and, most important of all, the best group of colleagues you�ll find anywhere. Indeed, the core group of Adeni teachers and staff made my Yemeni experience an unforgettable one.
