What would you do if your co-worker didn't pay up on a Super Bowl bet? It's not like the guy can't, he is just TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO CHEAP to do so.

This bet was made 4 years ago. Does anyone know how much interest he should pay me?

The guy avoids me, thinks he is tough but is really only FAT and is originally from Philly. Don't people pay the ultimate price when they don't pay bets in Philly?
